Pondlily’s Easy Returns & Exchange Policy
Pondlily’s easy returns & exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. You need to return/exchange a product within 7 days of receiving the package. It is absolutely free.
Our delivery agent will pick up the item.
We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to maintain its condition.
Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
There are two options for returns:
Pick-Up Facility: Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and bill number and the reason for return. We will arrange for the new consignment to be dropped and the old packet to be picked up at your doorstep.
Self-Ship: However, there may be a very small number of pin-codes where doorstep pick-up may not be possible. In that case, we request you to self-ship the product to us at the address given below. Once you send us an email with the intention of return, we will inform you if your pin-code has a doorstep pick-up facility or not.

The new exchanged product will be shipped to you separately by our delivery partners.
In case of returns, which is very unlikely since we are sure you will love us :), the above process applies in terms of intimation and product pick-up. Once the product is picked up, we will process your refund to the original mode of payment in case of prepaid orders. In case of COD, please write to us your preferred mode of online refund and we shall execute the same. The process time for refunds would be 5-7 days.
